Healthy food vs junk food

Junk food and healthy food, both of these foods cannot be separated from human needs, even though both are the same food, if consumed they have different effects. Junk food contains high level of refined sugar, white flour, trans fat, polyunsaturated fat salt and numerous food additive such as monosodium glutamate (MSG) and tartrazine, and lacking in protein, vitamin and fiber. Junk food is popular because of their simplicity of manufacture, consumes, their taste and has a long shelf life which may not require refrigeration.This composition can adversely affect the human body if consumed continuously.

If we eat healthy food our bodies will also get positive things. "healthy foods" to describe fruits, vegetable, chicken, fish, bread and low fat milk. Lots of nutrients that are needed by the human body are found in healthy food. All nutrients at risk of deficient supply, except for vitamin B-12, showed significant and positive correlations with the HFD-Index.

Healthy food contains good fats and nutrients that are important for your body. Healthy food gives the body strength and ability to fight various diseases. Junk food, on the other hand, is processed food and contains lots of calories and the lack of nutrients contained in it makes it unhealthy if consumed continuously.
