The Effect of Eating too Much Fast Food

Food is an important part of every culture and society around the world. Until the last century, most people ate fresh, home-cooked meals. Eating was a process that required constant preparation. But now you can see that they prefer fast food like pizza, hamburgers and fried chicken. These fast food outlets are ubiquitous on our streets and are frequented by people of all ages. The popularity of these restaurants is growing internationally, for example: KFC, McD, AW, and etc. Popularity of the fast food are getting an increase due to easy, quick service, and inexpensive, meanwhile there are also consist of negative effects if the fast food is becoming more common in society.

The main effect fast food has on humans is that it can endanger health. First of all, it must be said that fast food can cause vitamin deficiencies, which can lead to diseases. Nutrition and the type of food consumed play a big role. Some people are busy with work and eat only one meal a day. This is unhealthy because the body is "hit" with an extreme amount of food at once. As a result, the body stores some of the protein as fat for later processing. Technology has changed food, reduced cooking time and almost completely eliminated nutrition. Obesity is one of the effects of fast food on the human body. Obesity occurs because fast food is a factor that fills the body with fat. People are less healthy, less efficient and less productive. This is a sign of obesity. Statistics show that more than 190 million Americans are obese, and obesity-related illnesses cost $147 billion each year (Doane). One way is to think about the consequences that eating fast food can have on us and avoid eating it on a daily basis. To prevent obesity, maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Another effect of eating too much fast food is social, cultural and personal, with many negative effects on many aspects of life. People's self-confidence and self-esteem can exist regardless of body image or future health risks. As obesity becomes a problem and people become more aware of its problems and unnecessary risks, Culture leaves little room for choice. The rise of fast food has also meant that the tradition of dining with the family has been lost. As the family was eating together, we had the opportunity to talk about everyday things.

People need to learn how different nutrients work in the body. Some precautions show that fast food is very dangerous. Because nutrition and the type of food consumed play a big role and the body is "hit" with an extreme amount of food at once. As a result, the body stores some of the protein as fat for later processing. It also has other negative effects on family. People should avoid fast food as much as possible. Now is the time for people to choose healthy meals to improve their bodies and get used to living healthy.
